Physical Products (Print-on-Demand & Original Artwork)

Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for physical items.

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@artfusionstore.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions.

Refunds: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Non-Refundable: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping fees.

Custom Print-on-Demand Items

No Returns: All sales of custom print-on-demand items with personalized designs are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be returned or exchanged due to the nature of customization. Customers assume the risk as these items cannot be resold or warehoused.

Digital Downloads

No Returns: All sales of digital downloads are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on digital products.

Defective Files: If you encounter any issues with downloaded files, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for assistance.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your contact email]. We will provide a replacement or a refund as appropriate.
